The idea sounds useful. But it depends on people wanting more information enough to pay for it.
The Idea Stress Tester helps you examine that assumption before you build around it.
Look for apathy, substitutes, inertia or weak urgency.
In this example, the member proposes a small paid pilot around applying AI to one client task. That is a hypothesis to test, not proof that the revised offer will succeed.
Describe the idea.
A paid membership providing weekly AI tips to independent consultants.
What problem does it solve?
Consultants struggle to keep up with AI and decide what to apply.
For whom?
Independent consultants using AI in client work.
What must be true?
They must value curated tips enough to pay every month.
Why might people not care?
They already have free tips and may struggle more with applying them.
What could competitors replicate?
The tips, format and delivery schedule would be easy to copy.
What could kill the idea?
Members read the tips but see no improvement in their client work.
What is the cheapest useful test?
Offer a small paid pilot helping consultants apply AI to one real client task before building a platform.

Surface weak assumptions, contradictions or missing evidence. 3. Ask the most important questions I have not yet considered. 4. Offer credible alternative perspectives. 5. Help me decide what I should examine next. 6. Only then, if appropriate, suggest a practical next step. Be concise, evidence-aware and willing to challenge me rather than simply agree.
The app organises your answers into a brief and prompt. Copy the prompt into your chosen AI assistant to ask for critique and alternative perspectives.

This is a self-guided workspace. The app supplies structured questions; your preferred AI assistant performs the AI analysis after you choose to share your prompt. Personal coaching or manual review is not included in this offer.

Use the Idea Stress Tester to identify what deserves testing before you build.
Find where a recurring task loses time and where AI could usefully assist.
Start another session to examine new evidence, assumptions or strategic choices.
Reuse the workflows across different challenges. V1 saves sessions locally and in your downloaded Vault. Outcome tracking and automatic thinking-pattern analysis are not current V1 features.
Your responses are not automatically sent to us or to an AI model by the member app. You choose what to copy into an external AI assistant.
When you share content with an external AI service, that provider’s privacy and data policies apply. Review your prompt and remove sensitive details before sharing.
Membership payments are handled separately through PayFast.
Browser storage alone is not a backup. The app reminds you when your work has changed since the last Vault download.

No. The app guides your thinking with structured questions and assembles your answers into a brief and a tailored prompt. You choose whether to take that prompt into an external AI assistant.
The workflows help you define the problem, distinguish evidence from assumptions and decide what needs examining. The resulting prompt gives your assistant a structured account of your thinking and asks it to challenge the reasoning.
The app does not require an AI-provider subscription to create briefs and prompts. Use an assistant that accepts your prompt; availability and usage limits depend on that provider and your account. Any separate charges are outside this membership.
Yes. Start a new session whenever a new decision, question, idea or workflow needs examination.
This offer is for the self-guided thinking workspace and capability additions. It does not include personal coaching, manual review or a done-for-you service.
Download your Thinking Vault first. Restore that file in the member app to bring your saved sessions and in-progress work to the new browser. Without a downloaded backup, clearing browser storage can remove your local work.
V1 suggests related Companions and displays the previous brief at the start of the next workflow. Include any relevant previous context in your new answers if you want it in the next generated prompt.
No. It is a recurring monthly membership. The first 100 founding members join at R395/month; standard membership is R595/month.
Briefs and Vault files you download are saved on your device. Briefs are readable text; Vault files hold the app’s saved session data. Keep the latest backup somewhere secure.
